This housing market has been quite challenging but Dano has gone above and beyond for us. From offering a great interest rate, to making it a seamless and stress free experience. Not to mention taking the time to answer all our questions (there were many) multiple times, and explaining things very throughly and in a language that’s understandable for us as first time home buyers. He was very patient, considerate, and always available to us. As well as contacting the seller, promising and assuring them of a quick close and the strength of our finances; and then delivering on that promise.
